By downloading, installing, or purchasing a License Key for Voxlira, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software.
Voxlira Pro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on up to two (2) personal or business workstations concurrently per registered account.
You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all videos, audio files, translations, and synthesized media produced using Voxlira. You are granted full commercial distribution and monetization rights on YouTube, TikTok, commercial broadcasting, and educational courses.
You agree not to use Voxlira's voice cloning capabilities to impersonate individuals without consent, generate deceptive deepfakes, or violate intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.
Purchases and recurring subscriptions are processed securely via our authorized reseller, Creem. Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if the software fails to function on your supported hardware and our technical support cannot resolve the issue.
