1. Information We Do NOT Collect

Because Voxlira operates via local on-device neural models (Whisper ASR, local acoustic synthesis, and native FFmpeg pipelines):

• We do not upload or store your input videos, audio tracks, or exported media.
• We do not collect or retain your vocal recordings or voice clone biometric profiles.
• We do not record or monitor your subtitle correction texts or transcriptions.

2. Information We Collect (Account & Licensing Only)

To provide account authentication and cross-device Pro licensing, we only collect minimal operational information:

• Account Credentials: Your registered email address and a cryptographically hashed password (via bcrypt).
• Device Fingerprint: An irreversible SHA-256 cryptographic hardware hash (derived from CPU and motherboard UUID) to enforce the 2-device activation limit. We do not collect your personal file directories or browsing history.
• License & Transaction References: License Key codes and expiration timestamps verified through our payment partner (Creem). Credit card details are processed exclusively by Creem and are never stored on our servers.

3. Local Data Storage & AI Models

All downloaded AI model weights (such as Whisper speech-to-text checkpoints and XTTS synthesizers) are cached directly in your local application data directory. You can delete or clear these weights anytime through your operating system.

4. Data Security & Retention

Communication between the desktop client and our licensing server (https://tryvoxlira.com/api) is strictly encrypted using Industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption. Your account information is retained as long as your account remains active.

5. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You have the full right to unbind any active workstation, request a copy of your account profile, or request permanent deletion of your account. Contact us at support@tryvoxlira.com for any privacy inquiries.
