Complete Step-by-Step Guide for Subtitle Fixing, Translation & Voice Cloning

🚀 1. System Requirements & Installation

macOS: macOS 12 Monterey or higher. Native Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3/M4) acceleration via Metal supported.
Windows: Windows 10/11 64-bit. Supports Intel/AMD AVX2 CPUs and AMD/Nvidia GPUs via Vulkan & Direct3D 11VA.
Storage: ~2GB free space for local Whisper and neural voice synthesis checkpoints.

🎬 2. Quick Start Workflow

Import Video: Launch Voxlira and drag your video file (.mp4, .mov, .mkv) onto the main workspace, or click Select Video.
Automatic Subtitle Detection: The offline Whisper ASR engine automatically transcribes speech into time-aligned subtitle cards.
Timeline & Typo Editing: Click any subtitle segment on the right panel or drag the yellow handles on the bottom filmstrip to adjust timestamps. Edit typos or correct translations.
Hardcoded Subtitle Erase: Check Detect & Replace Hard Subtitles to automatically mask and overlay existing burnt-in subtitles.
Cross-Lingual Dubbing: Select target language (English, Chinese, Spanish, Japanese, etc.), toggle Enable Voice Dubbing, and hit Start Rendering.

💡 Pro Tip: For noisy audio segments, Voxlira uses automatic silence boundary detection to prevent awkward gaps between dubbed sentences.

🔑 3. Pro License Key Activation

Click the 👑 PRO button at the top-right corner of the application window.
If you haven't registered, switch to the Sign Up tab and create an account with your email.
Under the "Redeem License Key" section, paste the key received from your Creem receipt email (e.g., VOX-1M-XXXX-YYYY).
Click Redeem. Your account will immediately upgrade to Pro status, unlocking unlimited video processing length and lossless 4K exports.

🎁 4. Referral & Referral Rewards

Every registered user receives a unique 6-digit Referral Code in their profile modal. Share your code with fellow creators:

New users entering your code at registration receive a 3-day free Pro trial.

💻 5. Device Management (2 Active Limit)

Each Pro subscription allows up to 2 active devices simultaneously. If you upgrade to a new computer, simply open the Profile drawer on any device and click Unbind next to the old device to free up your seat.

Model Download Failure: Ensure your network allows downloading initial neural model weights on first launch.
Audio Syncing: Ensure your original video audio sample rate is 44.1kHz or 48kHz for optimal cross-lingual synthesis.
